Dear Lightworker, your Freedom grows from within. It is the nature of unconditional Love to allow all experience, and that is the nature of God. It is the unconditional Love of God/Source/The Universe that creates Freedom. Understand this on a deep level. Unconditional Love begets Freedom. How do unconditional Love and Freedom apply to Earth, to humanity? Human life, earthly life is a life of conditions, or rules. Even the orbit of the Earth is bound to rules that limit its Freedom to fly through space on a path of its making. When you live in this dimensional expression of Earth, you live with rules and conditions. Yet there is Freedom within these rules, and this Freedom helps you move beyond the rules. For this unconditionally Loving reason, you are Free to observe the positives and negatives of life around you. From this point of observation, you make choice. Your choice is the engine of life continuing. Not just you, for you are bound into a collective on earth. The paradox of Freedom. Continue reading

While SETI (the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) listens for beeps and clicks, the galactic beings here around the planet to help us with Ascension or observe it speak freely with us through channeled messages.
“Life exists everywhere,” one such galactic visitor, SaLuSa of Sirius, reveals. Let’s look at more of what he and his colleagues have told us over the years about other life forms.
He revealed that “there is life everywhere you look.” Moreover, the life he speaks of exists “not just in the dimensions that are open to your physical eyes.”
“There are dimensions beyond your reckoning, and still life is present in abundance. It would be difficult to explain such vastness as an accidental occurrence, when it is clear that a mighty intelligence must exist that embraces all that exists.” (1)
Many of these “intelligent life forms [are] beyond your present imagination, and some are entirely different to what you have been used to so far,” he tells us. (2) Continue reading

In my last article, A Layman’s Guide to Mindful Meditation, we discussed the “why” of meditation. In this article we will discuss the “how.” There’s a myriad of methods for meditation. Some are easy and some are difficult. All require daily practice to perfect. Here are five of the most popular methods of meditation and what they each bring to the Meditation Table. Here’s why You Should Mix them for Maximum Mindfulness.

It’s all about practicing detachment from each thought and being centered in the “here and now.” It focuses on situational awareness and “in the moment” presence. There is also a focus on communion with the cosmos, which can translate to prayer, but not necessarily. The best way to commune with the universe is to ask questions as opposed to seeking answers. In the mindfulness method, answers are mere side-effects of good questioning.
How to: One can practice mindfulness in any position, even lying down. The key is presence with the present moment, and clear and concise communion with the cosmos. Continue reading
6.12.14 A Hit of the Day
This is Judith, with a BIG hit that I am getting equally BIG celestial encouragement to share with you… so take it in BIG!
It is becoming increasingly obvious to me that it is the perspective through which we experience absolutely everything in our lives right NOW that determines its meaning. And of course, that means we pulse out frequencies to activate connection with whatever resonates with our “meaning of choice.”
Which means, essentially, that whatever we say is true is confirmed by external reflections. Which means that as energetic beings who create “reality” through frequency, we can do no wrong as far as energy is concerned. What we say GOES.
As a result of this awareness, I have become extremely observant of the words that come out of my mouth. It NOW seems amazing that I lived for so many years without listening to myself, and…
