In his book Living With Soul, Volume Two, Tony Stubbs, engages in a rant about the challenges of being an Old Soul on Earth at this time – a time when old souls make up only 10% of the population. It is a wonderfully amusing narrative…when viewed from the Old Soul perspective. Here are a few excerpts from one portion (with my apologies to Tony if I have taken anything out of context by chopping up his work). I offer this here in hopes it will trigger up some additional dialogue about the unique challenges of being an Old Soul. ~ Carla

 

Some Old Soul Secrets

Let’s look at a few things that old souls know that the rest of the population may not be ready for.

First, there really is only one Soul, and its field is everywhere. Within it, dimensions stack up (figuratively only because the dimensions actually all exist in the same ‘place’) and higher levels of our own consciousness occupy the higher frequency dimensions, guiding the lower levels. Together, it all makes up All That Is, a vast matrix of consciousness. … The notion of a singular entity called God is widely held by younger souls, but we know this to consist of many entities in the highest dimensions of the matrix.

Although there is only one Soul, there are countless souls, which we can liken to lumps in gravy. It’s all gravy, but we find coalesced lumps here and there, just as consciousness coalesces into ‘lumps’ that we term souls. The pineal gland has various names such as pineal body, epiphysis cerebri, epiphysis or the third eye. This small endocrine gland is located in the vertebrate brain, between the hemispheres of two joining thalamic bodies in the center of the brain. It’s named after its shape which is conical. It produces a hormone that is capable of affecting the regulation of sleep and wake patterns. This hormone is called serotonin derivative melatonin.

What people don’t know about this gland is that it connects your soul to your body. Once your pineal gland is activated to the world of spirituality, it may seem as if you have the godlike power of knowing everything that’s going around you. A properly tuned pineal gland will take you to the other dimension, which is also known astral projection or remote viewing. This proper frequency can be achieved through meditation, yoga or some sort of occult method.

My friends, the Universe is changing. And this rapid change, when looking at it from a 3rd and 4th dimensional level, is moving faster than the speed of light. What you are seeing, i.e. perceiving, on this earth plane is the release of all matter that does not vibrate to the higher dimensional levels of living. Your forms are changing too, as they can no longer hold the frequencies of self-rejection and self-defeat. This part of you that so many of you have and seem to continue to experience shall soon be gone. There is no such thing as self-defeat. You each have made your choices then lived or are living with those choices. And those choices are changing not to return in the ethers of this planet. What you are seeing in the outer appearances of earth and humanity is a jump through and to a new timeline. You are seeing both the duality of the 3rd and 4th dimensions as well as the 5th and 6th dimensions of love. And this is very confusing for many of you.

If you are a practitioner of meditation, the results of a new study published in Psychoneuroendocrinology will likely come as no surprise. But for some scientists, the revelation that meditating can actually trigger molecular changes is groundbreaking.

The researchers from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Institute of Biomedical Research in Barcelona, Spain found subjects who partook of 8-hour intensive mindfulness meditation showed significant molecular changes.

A group of experienced meditation practitioners spent an 8-hour day in mindfulness while a control group spent the day in quiet but non-meditative activities. The meditation group experienced genetic changes including reduced levels of inflammatory genes like RIPK2 and COX2, indicating faster recovery from stressful situations.
