The human energetic body, also referred to as the pranic sheath or astral body, is an intricate network of 72,000 nadis that facilitate the movement of prana, the vital energy of the human body. The nadis, also referred to as astral tubes, astral nerves or meridians, come together in seven energy centers called the chakras which are located along the central canal, the Sushumna, which corresponds to the spine in the physical body. Understanding each energy center and having the ability to heal them can help you consciously control your physical body and hence aide physical and emotional well-being and assist in higher spiritual pursuits.

Tapping into the healing abilities of your chakras can be achieved through various means, such as changing your lifestyle and diet, establishing a meditation practice, taking time for personal exploration, and integrating physical practices such as yoga into your daily life. Below are some specific healing techniques to balance each chakra and help you establish equilibirum.

Emerging from the Veil

Let me now review chronologically (up to July 2013) what has been said about us emerging from our veils by the sources we follow.  In doing so I’m making several assumptions.

One is that all the channelled sources cited here are credible. The other is that they speak with each other and state what is said here in a coordinated manner. And the third is that what they say here applies to the majority of us. Not all of these assumptions may prove true.

This look at what our sources have said may seem somewhat long, but I’m convinced that the record needs to be stated once in as full a manner as possible.

Moreover, I can see that this task is timely because in just the last few days, as I write this, Archangel Michael, St. Germaine, and the Light Collective have given messages that herald what is being done to bring about our emergence from the veil. It is clearly the topic of the moment.

Let us assure you that things are just starting to get very interesting and you are truly starting to move into the changes that you have been waiting for.

You are in a time of preparation between now and your solstice, and then between your solstice and the energies of the brand new year of 2014. You will be poised to enter into this new year like never before. You have never entered into a new year holding the energies that you are all collectively holding at this point. This is the solidifying of the foundation that the New Earth will be built upon. These are glorious times, indeed.
